10. Services

Irish Divorce Services provides customised divorce paperwork with information inputted by the customer onto its secure application form, ongoing instructions on how to follow court rules to finalise an uncontested divorce, judicial separation or dissolution of civil partnership. For a fee, customers can use our cloud-based software to generate divorce paperwork

The Family Law Act requires that the applicant meet certain legal requirements before requesting a divorce, dissolution of civil partnership or judicial separation. The user will accept the responsibility to ensure that they comply with these requirements

Only after completion of all the required details and upon verification of receipt of the agreed fee, will Irish Divorce Services provide the following:

  • Generation of dynamic documentation required to submit and finalise the user's uncontested divorce, judicial separation or dissolution of civil partnership application in the Irish courts
  • The Irish Divorce Services's system gathers information from the user via their online application form and populates court standard documentation as and when required for the user's application
    Template documentation is available for download on the courts website, https://www.courts.ie/family-law
  • Provision of automated updates with clear instructions on what to do next at each stage of the process. We will regularly update our system as rules change and as we become aware of advice from the local court offices
  • Provision of a central cloud storage system for all Divorce documentation. The user's information can be accessed by the user from any device at any time using your secure login details
  • Provision of phone and email support to assist with any technical issues or general queries. Irish Divorce Services does not offer any legal advice

It is the user's responsibility to ensure that he/she have provided all information requested, has not withheld any material information, and has provided accurate information.

Irish Divorce Services does not act as a solicitor and does not provide legal advice. Irish Divorce Services does not provide legal representation

If the user chooses not to retain a solicitor to assist with his/her divorce, the user will be a lay litigant in his/her divorce, judicial separation or dissolution of civil partnership proceedings. Lay litigants are self-represented in court

11. Data Protection

Irish Divorce Services complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018

The user's data is never passed to any third party by Irish Divorce Services unless specifically requested by you to do so or if the subject of a criminal investigation and requested by An Garda Siochana

The user has the right at any time to request a copy of any personal data within the meaning of the GDPR that Irish Divorce Services holds about the user and to have any inaccuracies in that information corrected

12. Disclosure of Information

The user must ensure that all information provided on the Irish Divorce Services system is complete and accurate. If the user is in doubt about whether the information is relevant or not, he/she should contact us

Failure to disclose any material information could result in the user's court documentation being incorrect, and as a consequence, the user's divorce, judicial separation or dissolution of civil partnership may not be granted

Irish Divorce Services cannot be held responsible where a divorce, judicial separation or dissolution of civil partnership application has not been granted due to material information relevant to their divorce application being withheld by the user

The Irish Divorce Services's website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Irish Divorce Services and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary laws
